Salary: (P05) £36,996 – £37,500 per annum

One of the most important challenges we face is meeting the needs of so many diverse communities. You’ll spearhead our efforts to enhance education opportunities for Turkish Speaking pupils in Hackney by developing and delivering a powerful achievement strategy. Your leadership will enable us to raise standards and close the gaps in attainment of Turkish Speaking pupils compared to LEA and national averages. At the same time, you’ll provide effective continuing professional development for Learning Trust staff, governors, and schools employees as well as help to create whole school strategies and initiatives that raise achievement for Turkish Speaking pupils.
A qualified teacher, you combine a degree with recent senior level management experience. A background in leading initiatives that raise achievement levels for Turkish Speaking pupils is essential as is the confidence to work effectively in inner city schools and with Turkish Speaking communities
